4月13日,《科學(xué)雜志》(Science Magazine)發(fā)布了關(guān)于“浙江大學(xué)出版社與牛津大學(xué)出版社合作創(chuàng)辦英文期刊Food Quality and Safety (FQS)”的報(bào)道。報(bào)道提到:Food Quality and Safety (FQS)是由浙江大學(xué)出版社與牛津大學(xué)出版社合作創(chuàng)辦出版的同行評(píng)議、開(kāi)放獲取的英文期刊。FQS的兩位主編——陳昆松博士(浙江大學(xué))和Mondher Bouzayen博士(法國(guó)國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)研究所)將對(duì)FQS的辦刊方向與學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格把關(guān),保證期刊為食品品質(zhì)與安全領(lǐng)域的研究提供一個(gè)國(guó)際化、全方位的視角。同時(shí),浙大社與牛津社將保證FQS的順利出版、全球推廣等,為全球相關(guān)學(xué)者、作者和食品領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)人士提供一個(gè)交流的平臺(tái)。
